Seu novo cargo:

Apoiar o departamento de Distribuição na atualização e cadastramento de informações de Mercado, acompanhamento dos processos e controles internos da área, controle do fluxo de documentos e contratos e apoio no relacionamento com os clientes. Necessário ter perfil analítico, conhecimento em Excel e facilidade em acompanhamento de processos e relatórios.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Atualização de informações de mercado: Streaming, TV por Assinatura, Mobile, Banda Larga e Meios Digitais;
• Atualização mensal dos pacotes de programação dos operadores e parceiros;
• Acompanhamento e controle dos processos da área;

• Controlar o fluxo de assinatura dos contratos através do Adobesign;
• Cadastro de documentos nos sistemas internos da empresa: Dors, Ibravo, AFS, SAP
• Suporte no report de assinantes e análises de resultados;
• Preencher pedidos de venda de equipamentos, habilitações, cancelamentos e cadastramento de novos clientes;
• Área Técnica: suporte no intermédio entre o operador e a nossa area de Operações em Miami;
• Apoio no atendimento aos clientes.
• Atualização de Mailing;
• Apoio nas ações de MKT e envio de material

Qualificações e experiências:

• Cursando Administração, Marketing, Comércio Exterior, Economia e cursos relacionados, no período noturno, com 2 anos disponíveis para estagiar;
• Proativo, Focado, Analítico, Detalhista, Vontade de aprender e crescer;
• Interesse pelo mercado de conteúdo e meio digital: TV por assinatura, Apps, Streaming;
• Boa comunicação interpessoal;
• Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office/Google com foco em Excel;
• Conhecimento de Inglês e/ou Espanhol (desejável);
