Education: Ongoing degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

You must structure support the different processes and practices of the area within the routines of Talent Acquisition, Internal Marketing, Culture, and Performance Evaluation.
- Contact candidate and schedule appointments;
- Assist in resume screening;
- Accompany interviews;
- Manage updates of People Designs KPIs spreadsheets;
- Support the creation of internal communications to promote greater employee engagement;
- Provide support in area presentations, such as onboarding and various trainings;
- Contact and organize budgets with suppliers relevant to internal engagement actions;
- Support the execution of engagement actions planned by the People Design team;
- Provide assistance and support to Red House employees.
