Fanatee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing and Business Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of influencer marketing and gaming. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute influencer marketing strategies and contribute to the overall success of our games.
Main responsibilities
- Influencer Identification: Assist the marketing team to identify potential influencers who align with our games and target audience.
- Influencer Recruitment: Help search and recruit new influencers globally.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes communicating with influencers, managing content creation, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Campaign Analysis Assistance: Support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of influencer marketing campaigns. Assist with data interpretation and help derive insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest optimization opportunities.
Skill requirements
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., and an understanding of social media trends is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with influencers and internal team members.
- Organizational Skills: As an intern, you should be highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Ability to use hard data to back up assumptions
- Creativity: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box are crucial for developing engaging content and unique influencer marketing strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or similar)
- Advanced Portuguese and English.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel functions like pivot tables and charts)
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
