Intern - Estagiário Administrativo

ABS Interns are integrated into ABS and will experience various aspects of administrative review, technical problem solving, and/or research and development. Interns will work with a designated advisor to learn and develop skills relating to administrative functions while also assisting ABS with key deliverables. It is expected that interns will be assigned multiple projects for their respective departments throughout the course of their internship.

What You Will Do:

• The primary function of an intern is to develop skills and knowledge of ABS functions including but not limited to:


• Collaborate with administrative routines. 


• Monitoring default reports. 


• Spreadsheet control. 


• Imput  information in the system. 


• Imput commercial proposals in the system. 


• Imput Invoices in the system. 


• Documentation control. 


• May assist in the development of business performance metrics including the development and implementation of an ongoing business performance monitoring program, and the periodic analysis of operating results to determine causes, trends, etc.


• May assist with the writing and presentation of technical papers and reports concerning areas of expertise and work performed.


• May assist with Rule development projects as assigned.


• Interns may collaborate with the digital team and with other departments such as services, class, project management, commercial operations, etc.


• Intern may assist with data collection efforts for data quality improvement, in both existing and new data streams to support overall business goals.
