Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.

In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft.

About the Program

We are looking for talents passionate about innovation, technology, and making a global impact to join our team at BEES, a B2B platform that connects industries and distributors with small and medium-sized businesses.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency also create value for our business, collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and implement solutions, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The areas we have available for internship positions are: Marketplace and Customer Experience & Frontline.

Must Have:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years remaining to complete their degree, meaning they should be in their final or penultimate year


• Currently pursuing a degree in fields related to Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar areas


• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)


• College release to do internship starting in July

• Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset


• Proactivity, strong communication skills, and teamwork


• Interest in technology, product management, and digital transformation.


• Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar is a plus.
