- Apoio no controle e acompanhamento da carteira de cobrança;
- Suporte na conciliação de informações entre sistemas e relatórios financeiros.

- Envio de notas e boletos aos clientes

  - Protocolar processos nos portais dos órgãos públicos 
  - Auxílio na preparação de apresentações e materiais gerenciais para reportes mensais de resultados;
  - Organização de prazos e tratativas junto às áreas internas;
  - Apoio administrativo geral às rotinas de Cobrança.
