What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency


• Leverage AI, machine learning, programming languages, and Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative solutions and drive automation across the organization


• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards, identifying clear and actionable insights


• Analyze large data sets to identify root causes and improvement opportunities


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and cultures


• Collaborate closely with global teams to design, implement, and scale solutions

What you will bring

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken


• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field


• Skills in AI agent development, orchestration, and agentic system implementation


• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Power Query (M), and VBA


• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI and data analytics tools


• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions


• Motivation to learn continuously and improve processes and tools


• Ability to work with large data sets and quickly identify root causes


• Consulting mindset with strategic thinking capabilities


• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing business environment


• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse roles and teams


• Courage to challenge the status quo and existing ways of working


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
