The NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program (ITP) focusses on developing this mission-critical competencies.

As this position is part of the ITP, you will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

• Translate business unit needs into scalable digital product strategies
• Define product vision, roadmap and technical direction
• Align short term deliverables with long term strategic goals
• Work closely with developers on architecture and technical feasibility
• Communicate effectively with corporate management, tech teams and business stakeholders
• Prioritize based on value creation, feasibility and strategic alignment
• Drive execution from idea to implementation

• Technical background, ideally able to read code and understand architecture
• Experience in software or AI driven product environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex corporate environments
• Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution
• Fluent in English

We are looking for a Product Manager to connect business needs, technical development, and strategic objectives to drive successful product outcomes. You will translate stakeholder requirements into clear product roadmaps and work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. Operating across business units and projects, you will balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision, particularly in complex industrial and AI-driven environments, while gaining strong exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic topics.
