This role will be based in São Paulo.

The Pricing & Monetization team defines how LinkedIn monetizes its products and services. With a global presence, the team establishes pricing philosophy, sets foundational pricing, designs specialized programs, and optimizes strategies to drive growth and customer value.

As a Pricing Strategy Intern, you will support the Pricing & Monetization team for our Talent Solutions business. You'll apply your classroom knowledge to real-world challenges—assisting with programs, engaging with stakeholders, and helping ensure timely execution. You thrive in ambiguity to help solve problems. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with operations, sales, finance, marketing, and other teams and to contribute to key projects shaping LinkedIn’s future.

What the job entails:

• Support 1–3 strategic initiatives by assisting with stakeholder coordination, tracking deadlines, and suggesting process improvements
• Help organize large volumes of information into scalable resources, using tools like Excel and SharePoint to assist in creating central repositories
• Building and streamlining processes utilizing generative AI and other workplace tools
• Synthesizing notes and information to help move projects forward

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or similar courses
• Fluency in both verbal and written in English 
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to program or product management tasks (including alignment and prioritization support)
• Experience working in agile and highly cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their use in automating and streamlining processes
• Strong problem-solving mindset, accountability, and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Comfort with organizing and analyzing data in Excel
