What we offer:

Group Summary:

Estamos com uma oportunidade de estágio para atuar no Almoxarifado da nossa unidade de Joinville, com foco em organização, controle de materiais e apoio às operações da fábrica.

Horário do estágio:

Das 08h30 às 15h30

Principais atividades:

• Controle de níveis de estoque de materiais indiretos e consumíveis via sistema ERP;

• Acompanhamento (follow-up) das datas de entrega dos materiais;

• Atendimento à fábrica para entrega de materiais e EPI’s, com registro adequado;

• Conferência física de materiais recebidos e lançamento no sistema;

• Apoio em inventários, análise de divergências e controle de materiais das áreas de apoio;

• Abertura e acompanhamento de ordens de compra;

• Atualização de indicadores MRO;

• Identificação, rastreabilidade e organização dos materiais;

• Preenchimento correto de formulários conforme procedimentos internos;

• Cumprimento das normas de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Segurança;

• Apoio em ações de melhoria contínua com foco em Segurança, Qualidade e Custo.
