Work Shadowing - Project 2024

The Work Shadowing program is a short-term initiative designed to connect young talent with Spiible's strategic projects, offering immersive experiences in key areas of the company. Our commitment is to provide valuable learning experiences for participants.

During the program, students will have the opportunity to experience both in-person and remote environments, with a total workload of up to 20 hours, enjoying the following benefits:

• A visit to our spaces in WeWork and understand the day-to-day operations of an organization;
  


• A period of immersion in our collaborative digital culture, allowing for a deeper understanding of our processes and values;
  


• Hybrid meetings, combining in-person and online interactions for greater flexibility and accessibility;
  


• The opportunity to explore various areas of Spiible and experience a specific Vice Presidency of their choice, closely following the daily routine.
  

At the end of the journey, participants will have the chance to contribute to Spiible by providing their diagnosis of the visited area and presenting a strategic project developed during the program. Additionally, they will receive a program completion certificate, highlighting their experience with Spiible and the dedicated workload.

Work Shadowing experiences at Spiible can be carried out in 1 of the 6 Vice Presidencies of the company, depending on the student's choice. The available areas are:

• Sales (B2C)
  


• IT
  


• Operations (Visa, Admissions and CX)
  


• People
  


• Marketing
  


• Finance
  

They will experience a cultural immersion within our company. The student will be assigned a specific project to complete during their time here. This project will be introduced at the beginning of their program, and as a final challenge, they'll need to present a diagnosis of the area.
