Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in operations to join our team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of projects, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions. Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile best practices. 
• Operations Management: Oversee and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. Implement SRE principles to enhance system reliability and performance. 
• Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing impact on service delivery. Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to prevent recurrence. 
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and metrics to identify areas for enhancement. Implement automation and tooling to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. 
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve shared goals. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams. 
• Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess system performance and reliability. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements. 
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and incident reports. Ensure knowledge transfer and training for team members on SRE and operational best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• Experience: Experience in operations, site reliability engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in leading agile teams and managing project delivery. 
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices. Proficiency in agile methodologies, DevOps tools, and automation frameworks. 
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 
• Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

About the position: 

• Full-time job - 40h/week. 
• Independent Contractor. 
• Work according to EST time zone.
