Job Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential care to clients in their homes, assisting with:
✔ Companionship & Social Engagement – Meaningful conversation, games, light activities
✔ Personal Care – Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting (if needed)
✔ Meal Preparation – Cooking light meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
✔ Mobility Assistance – Helping clients move safely around the home
✔ Light Housekeeping – Tidying up, laundry, and keeping the environment safe
✔ Errands & Transportation – Grocery shopping, doctor’s visits, and essential outings

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Compassionate & Reliable – You genuinely care about others
✨ Trustworthy & Professional – Clients depend on you for their well-being
✨ Strong Communication Skills – You can connect with clients and their families
✨ Experienced Caregivers - at least 1 year minimum

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Ability to pass a background check
✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
✔ Ability to lift 25+ lbs (for those assisting with mobility)

Compensation: $19.80 - $24.50 per hour
