Support Talent Aquisition activities include: editing requisitions within Sharepoint, posting jobs, sourcing within Catho database as well as third party sites, phone interviewing/screening, scheduling interviews, background checks, physicals and medical screens utilizing our local vendors;
Support in keeping the QH career website updated;
Support hiring activities and onboarding of QH temporary workforce in Brazil and Argentina (excluding third parts);
Utilize social media accounts to engage followers, showcase talent and announce new job opportunities;
Participate in special projects relating to talent acquisition and within the larger Human Resources function;
Support HRBP in connection with local law firms to consultation legal laws changes and cascade to the local HR team;
After initial training and under HRBP Supervision, legal tasks will include, in partnership with local law firms, organizing information, recording key dates, legal research, provide assistance in preparation for hearings and preparing files for billing and audit;
Adhere to all Quaker Houghton policies and Core Values;
Key Education or Certification Required Student of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Required Skills and Competencies Experience using an Applicant Tracking System. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization. Able to communicate in English and Spanish Operates with integrity. Able to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality. Impeccable attention to detail. Operate with a sense of urgency, following up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner.
