Intern - Marketing Trainee

The LHW Marketing Team is looking for an intern to join the Brazil team based in Sao Paulo. The position will give the right candidate an opportunity to understand the luxury industry which is an integral part of a luxury hotel strategy.

Key Goal of the internship:
To actively assist the Marketing Department in executing daily process and strategies.

What you would be responsible for:

Assist the Marketing team in daily tasks...
• Preparing supporting documents and reports for the Marketing and PR team.
• Assisting in maintaining and updating the LHW database and systems.
• Coordinating and supporting Marketing and PR initiatives and events.
• Creating presentation decks.
• Conducting industry research.
• Data entry and processing in Salesforce.
• Contacting suppliers and assisting in event planning.

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good understanding of geography.

• Cultural sensitivity, trustworthiness, responsibility, and dependability.

Placement compensation/ Internship outline:
• Eligibility: Open to students currently enrolled in Brazilian universities. No prior experience needed.
• Compensation: Financial Aid of R$ 1,500.00/month, Meal ticket of R$ 600.00/month, Life Insurance.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 6hrs/day: (comprised within 9:00-18:00) with 1-hour lunch break, 9:00 AM - 04:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
