Descrição do Emprego - Marketing Communications Trainee (Hybrid)

IMPACT:

  • Helps achieve marketing objectives.
  • Growth of Malvern Panalytical business in the Latam
  • Professional image of Malvern Panalytical in the Latam
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of Marketing Department

    • ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Works with some supervision and within company guidelines to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Review status and reports any issues with manager on a weekly basis.

    • COMMUNICATION:

    Customer and supplier communication

  • Communicate, both verbally and in writing, on a daily basis with marketing team, internal customers and possibly suppliers (as required)

    • Internal Communication

  • Interface on a daily basis with AMEC colleagues (Sales, Marketing, Product Management), and on occasion with global marketing colleagues

    • ENVIRONMENT AND HOURS:

  • Position is work from home, with weekly need to work 1-3 days at Malvern Panalytical Brazil headquarters in São Paulo - SP
  • Part time, 30 hours per week
  • 24 months contract

    • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Entry Qualifications

  • Degree from a 2 to 4 year college in Marketing, communications or business

    • Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and administrative abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent English

    • Knowledge

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Graphic Design preferred
  • Good knowledge of the marketing communications function
