We are going to continue to provide constructive, fair and diplomatic feedback for as long as you work here. Our busy season (February to April and June) is pretty demanding so there is usually the opportunity to bank some overtime, and we generally don’t allow vacations to be booked during those months. The summer months are generally quieter in the office so our team is encouraged to take their vacations in July, August and September. When the going gets tough, we handle it as a team. No one in this firm is left to shoulder the load alone, ever. We will never stop asking for your feedback. We may not act on every suggestion, but we mean it when we say, we want to hear them all! The only thing that stays the same at Avisar is the fact that everything is changing. This role (really any role here) is not suited to someone that is change averse or prefers an environment where you continue to do things the way they have always been done.
