AIP Connect is partnering with a large consulting firm as they have an immediate freelance need in East Coast Canada for a CPA to support an RFP on a 9 month contract.
The project is based in Newfoundland; however they can complete the project in hybrid format living elsewhere in the East Coast (with travel reimbursement) with frequent travel to Newfoundland
About the Role
- Preparing financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Working with contracted actuaries, external auditors and workplace teams
- Preparing accurate and timely budgets for review and comparative analysis
- Utilizing several accounting, database and software applications for financial analysis
- Preparing accounting schedules and reconciliations
- Other duties as they may arise
Requirements
- Must be a CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CPA
$60 - $70 an hour
