Job Description - Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise-level network and infrastructure initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation across collaboration, telephony, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Requirements

Proven experience managing the configuration and lifecycle of Microsoft 365 applications.

Experience developing and maintaining governance policies for Microsoft 365.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permissions.

Experience in conditional access policy design, testing, and implementation.

Strong background supporting hybrid IP telephony systems in enterprise/industrial settings.

Knowledge of safety-critical communications protocols in plant environments.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize IP telephony across complex environments.
