Overview

The candidate will be expected to lead regular status meetings to connect project threads, uncover potential risks/issues, and track progress. They will manage an offshore business analyst in day‑to‑day tasks while understanding business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

The role requires the ability to elicit and document requirements to meet business needs, while applying a strong understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices. The candidate will direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with the change‑request backlog.

The candidate will manage the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; and provide senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status. They must respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately, post on knowledge‑sharing and team collaboration sites, and share best practices internally/externally.

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience working in a fast‑paced or large global environment.
  


• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  


• Strong research and analytical skills, with confidence in providing insights and recommendations.
  


• Ability to understand business challenges in order to drive change and innovation to improve the client experience.
  


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with confident presentation skills.
  


• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create high‑quality and impactful deliverables.
  


• Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive, and proactive attitude with strong influencing skills.
  


• Demonstrated experience working with cross‑cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required.
  


• Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and often deadline‑driven environment, with a practical and pragmatic approach to delivery.
  


• Ability to navigate and operate effectively in a high‑matrixed and complex organization.
  


• A bachelor’s degree in arts or science in a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  


• Advanced degree and relevant professional services training and development preferred.
