Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large\-scale digital and healthcare transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead organizational change efforts, ensure successful technology adoption, and drive stakeholder engagement across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis (Proof required)
  


• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
  


• Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) Certification
  


• Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational change management for IT projects.
  


• At least 7 years in project management or project leadership roles.
  


• Minimum 1 year implementing clinical dictation solutions in healthcare environments.
  


• At least 3 years leading information security and access management change initiatives.
  


• Minimum 3 years developing and delivering training programs for clinical systems.
  


• At least 3 years as OCM Lead for enterprise healthcare application implementations.
  


• Minimum 2 years leading surgical or clinical information system change initiatives.
