Client Connection Coordinator - Temporary Contract

Canada’s #1 Real Estate Team is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Client Connection Team, and you just may be the one we are looking for! Our team is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Client Connection Coordinator for our Barrie office that aligns with our core values of Love, On Fire, Excellence, Growth, Innovation and WOW. This is a temporary short-term contract position. 

Faris Team is seeking a strong team player with Real Estate experience who will cover our front desk reception, greet clients arriving at the office, answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls, and provide administrative duties. The successful candidate should be a great multitasker and quick learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position is primarily Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for the next 2-3 months, with potential to extend.

This is a temporary short-term contract position, based in our Barrie office. 

Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Client Connection Coordinator Looks Like:

• Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely, professional, courteous and helpful manner consistently.

• Maintain the highest level of customer service by greeting all visitors to the Client Experience Centre in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls (including leads) in a timely and courteous manner.

• Ensure all deposit cheques are received, documented, and processed correctly, providing proper receipts and confirming prompt delivery.

• Work with the Listings and Deals departments to complete tasks as necessary.
