We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing vacant unit turnover floor refinishing, specializing in parquet repair and sanding, in the Cornwall area.

Work Includes:

• Sanding and refinishing of hardwood and parquet flooring
• Parquet block repairs and replacements
• Spot repairs and blending for damaged flooring
• Staining, sealing, and finishing to turnover standards
• Completion of flooring punch‑lists within set timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience with parquet flooring repair and refinishing

• Ability to meet defined turnover timelines and quality standards
