Job Description - Crossing Guard


REPORTS TO:           Licencing Administrator
LOCATION:                Various Paris locations

The County of Brant is hiring Crossing Guards for the 2025 school year:
Various Paris locations on a call-in basis.

The rate of pay is $24.84 per hour.

Conditions of Employment:
The successful candidate(s) must submit a current Police Check satisfactory to the County prior to start date.

Duties:
  • Assist with children getting to and from school
  • Safely assist pedestrians to cross at crosswalks
Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Good judgment
  • Reliability
