This position is temporary, full-time, until our permanent employee returns.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You’ll be answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.


• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department of our store.


• Collaborating with all departments to expedite customer queries and needs.


• Supporting the sales team for leads, inquiries, questions, etc. received in-person and digitally.


• Cultivating a positive relationship with customers by ensuring they are informed about new products, recalls, service recommendations, etc.


• Completing website updates when required.


• Establishing contact with customers that haven’t been active.


• Sorting and distributing mail and preparing outgoing packages.


• Assisting with accounts payable, filing, and processing files.


• Providing general office support.


• Other duties as required.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.


• Post-secondary education in Business or Office Admin an asset.


• Strong knowledge of MS Office.


• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.


• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).


• Strong people skills.


• Strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude.


• Ability to work well independently and with a team.


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency with computer technology and software.
