Dailies Technician (Overnight)

Position: Dailies Technician
Location: Vancouver (CAN)
Hours of operation: Overnight
Pay Range: $ 20-22 CAD P/H
Contract duration -08/25/2025-11/25/2025

Position Summary
Company 3 / Method Studios is seeking a Dailies Technician to join our fast-paced post-production team. This role involves preparing, syncing, rendering, QC’ing, and delivering media for film and TV productions. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, team-driven, and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Job Duties

• Sync camera masters with audio files

• Log scenes and takes accurately

• Apply LUTs/CDLs based on production notes

• Organize bins and prepare deliverable packages

• Render and QC editorial and viewing media

• Upload media per project requirements

• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisors

What You Bring:

• Experience in dailies workflows (Colorfront EXD/OSD a plus)

• Proficient in Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, Mac OS

• Strong understanding of video formats, file types, and technical standards

• Excellent attention to detail (visual and auditory)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Flexible schedule; overtime may be required
