HOURLY RATE $34.7182 to $36.5157 per hour, Pay Grade 3 – Schedule “A” Inside Employees

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• Grade 12 Diploma or GED


• Recognized Office Administration Certificate or Equivalent Education

 LICENSES / CERTIFICATES

• Valid Class five(5) BC Driver’s License

EXPERIENCE

• At least three (3) years office experience including reception, clerical, point of sale, and front-line customer service. 

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Ability to use computers and applications in a proficient manner, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.


• Proficiency in operating a point of sale system, including cash, credit and debit sales. 


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with members of the public.


• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate and presentable documents and records. 

 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Criminal Record Check


• Ability to work with limited supervision


• Ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Knowledge of the operation of various office equipment.
