About the Role The Event Sales Administrator will be based out of our Coquitlam facility and will play a critical role in helping us ensure that Pit Stop Portables remains the number one choice for portable toilets and washroom trailers for special events in the region. This role is the detail handling linchpin in ensuring we have a successful summer event season! The Event Sales Administrator role is perfect for someone who loves juggling! If you get invested in your customers’ success, strive for perfect execution of complex logistical plans, can bounce from one file to the next without getting confused, and believe that using every automation tool available is the key to staying organized, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
Emailing clients, updating and sorting load in times, maps, on site contacts.
Support the events team by accurately creating and maintaining orders in ServiceCore.
Communicate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Provide professional client support before, during and after events.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, event administration, or customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Collaborative mindset to partner with field staff, operations, and leadership.
Excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Education
High School diploma.
Job Type: Temporary/Contract – approximately 8 months, from time the role is filled until September 30th
