Position: Independent Contractor – Footcare Nurse (LMC Vaughan location)
This is a rare opportunity to join an elite clinical team trusted by thousands of patients and referring physicians across Canada. As a Footcare Nurse at LMC Vaughan, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care while working in one of the country’s most respected healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive footcare services including assessments, treatment, and patient education.
Manage a diverse caseload with an emphasis on diabetic foot health and prevention.
Work collaboratively with a highly experienced, interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Uphold best practices in sterilization and infection prevention and control.

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted registration with your provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body.
Advanced Footcare Nurse certification and relevant clinical experience.
Professional liability insurance coverage.
Understanding of:
- CAFCN National Competencies for Advanced Nursing Foot Care in Canada.
- IPAC Canada guidelines on instrument reprocessing and infection control.
- Provincial scope of nursing practice and confidentiality standards.
Completion of approved reprocessing/sterilization training (PHO, CSA, IPAC Canada, CDMR) considered a strong asset.
RNAO or RPNAO membership
