As we continue to grow, Weed Man is hiring for our full time "seasonal" positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Technician (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required!

As a Lawn Care Technician (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as:

• Applications of fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
• Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”
• Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers' lawn.
• Maintain expected production schedule
• Completion of paperwork with accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

• Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
• General Labour Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Class 5 Licence - Required!
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills

Salary: $18.00 - $35.00+ per hour
