Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans for Genesys Cloud CX features, call flows, and integrations to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Perform regression, performance, and security testing across the GCCX platform and related systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Verify that implemented solutions meet functional, technical, and business requirements while adhering to quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation, and best practices for GCCX delivery.
  • Document test results, issues, and recommendations clearly to support project reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally within contact center or cloud CX environments.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, test case management, and GCCX QA strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, agile project teams and communicate issues clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
