HR Analyst

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an HR Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with research and data analysis on various HR projects
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement talent strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support the team in managing and updating company databases
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Provide general administrative support to the team

What you'll bring to the team:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Engineering or Computer Science degree program with a robust programming language in Python
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
