We might have a new opportunity for you as a Japanese teacher.

One of our clients in London, ON (N5V 4S3) is requesting one-to-one General Japanese classes.

Please find the course details below:

Course Details:
• Course type: General Japanese Language Training (one-to-one)
• Total hours: 20 hours (10 × 2-hour lessons)
• Start date: March 18, 2026
• Schedule: Once per week, Wednesdays or Thursdays, afternoons (e.g., 2:00–4:00 PM, flexible)
• Location: Student’s home –  London, ON N6K 2K6, Canada
• Level: Beginner
• Students: Grandmother (67) and her grandson (20)

Student Background & Motivation:
Grandson is highly motivated to learn Japanese after visiting his uncle in Japan. He is high-functioning autistic and may benefit from a slightly slower pace. Grandmother will be learning alongside him and is happy to follow his pace. They are particularly interested in speaking and writing.

Ideal teacher should:

• Be a native Japanese speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
