Reporting to the Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain, this senior-level role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how the City delivers value through innovative procurement and supply chain strategies. The position leads the design and implementation of modern sourcing approaches that drive efficiency, fiscal sustainability, and service excellence across City operations. Working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, the role influences high-impact decisions, manages complex and high-profile procurement initiatives, and delivers measurable business improvements. In addition to leading strategic projects, performance measurement, and training initiatives, the position plays a trusted advisory role to senior leadership and contributes to maintaining integrity and accountability through confidential financial investigations.
