Job Title: Consultant – L1 Support (Manhattan WMS)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: 260 Brimley Rd., Scarborough, ON M1M 3H8, Canada

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to provide Level 1 (L1) Support for Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS support and hands-on experience with SQL to manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for Manhattan WMS, addressing user queries and system issues.
• Monitor system performance and log support incidents in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams as needed.
• Perform basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with business users and IT teams to ensure prompt resolution of incidents.
• Document issues, resolutions, and create user support guides as required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management System) – hands-on support experience.
• SQL – basic to intermediate querying skills for issue diagnosis and data validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
