Medical Invoice Submissions Coordinator (Contract Maternity Leave - 12 months)

Syreon is looking for a Medical Invoice Submissions Coordinator (Contract Maternity Leave - 12 months) to join our multi-disciplinary unit in the ongoing support of pharmaceutical programs.

This full-time role is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of pharmaceutical support staff for the scheduling and delivery of healthcare payment, invoicing, and vendor submissions. The role is a term contract of 12 months.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail. The candidate MUST be fluently bilingual (both written and verbal English and French), highly computer literate, with experience in communications and data processing an asset. Prior healthcare experience or training is not required.

Tasks include telephone communications, collection and submission of data into computer portals, communicating data submission expectations and timelines, tracking and filing of submitted contracts, invoices, and documentation, responding to general questions, and supporting Coordinating Team to ensure prompt contracting and payments.
