We are currently seeking experienced and independent Mobile Truck & Trailer Technicians to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled mechanic of a 310T or 310J designation who enjoys working in the field, solving complex problems, and delivering exceptional service directly to customers at their location.

As a Mobile Technician, you will operate your fully equipped service unit, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency roadside repairs on commercial trucks and trailers across Ontario. Our skilled staff will support you and provide the workload and direction needed to ensure your success. 

What You’ll Do

Preventive Maintenance & Inspections

You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and comprehensive safety inspections to ensure vehicles remain compliant and road-ready. This includes servicing engines, brake systems, tires, filters, batteries, lighting, and other key mechanical and electrical components.

Diagnostics & Repairs

When breakdowns happen, you’ll be the first responder. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fuel, transmission, cooling, and suspension issues efficiently and perform on-site repairs to minimize customer downtime. Our breakdown team will support you in leading you to great work opportunities out in the field.

Trailer Service & Repair

Maintain and repair trailer components including axles, brake systems, suspension components, and coupling systems to ensure safe operation.

Customer Service & Documentation

This role is customer-facing. You will:

• Clearly explain repair findings and provide service recommendations
  
  


• Maintain detailed service records in compliance with Ontario regulations
  
  


• Manage parts inventory within your mobile service vehicle
  
  

What You Bring

• Licensed Truck & Coach Technician (310T), Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician (310J) or equivalent certification (Red Seal preferred)
  
  


• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise across mechanical and electrical systems
  
  


• Experience working independently in field or mobile repair environments
  
  


• Knowledge of Ontario safety standards and Ministry of Transportation (MTO) compliance requirements

• Your own service vehicle and tools ready to go. 


• Your WSIB Coverage.
  
  


• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
  


• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  
  


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
