OCM -200 Change Management Specialist

• 10 years’ experience participating in organizational change management (OCM) activities in information technology solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
  


• 7 years’ experience in a project management or project lead role. Experience should include identification of project deliverables, identification of required resources, and the development of project plans.
  


• 1 year of experience implementing clinical dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
  


• 3 years’ experience implementing changes to enhance information security services in an organization. Experience should include the implementation of new electronic security services, security role/account provisioning, and communication of security best practices to staff.
  


• 3 years’ experience developing training plans and curriculum for healthcare information systems targeted at clinical users.
  


• 3 years’ experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in an acute care environment as the Organizational Change Management lead.
  


• 2 years’ of experience implementing the surgical information system as the Organization Change Management lead within an acute facility. Experience should include working with clinical users as well as external vendors.​
  

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Business Analysis.
  


• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. 
  


• Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification. â€‹
