Job Description - Payroll/HR Administrator (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)

Titan Trailers Inc., a leading manufacturer of custom semi-trailers located at 1129 Highway #3, Delhi, ON, seeks a detail-oriented Payroll/HR Administrator for a 12-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave with the possibility for extension. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role supports our Delhi-based team with essential payroll and administrative functions during a key employee's absence. Your contributions will ensure seamless operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Key Responsibilities



  • Process weekly payroll using EasyPay software, including verifying hours and ensuring accurate payments.

  • Manage time tracking via Time Guardian system, reconciling employee hours and resolving discrepancies.

  • Processing Time of Requests 

  • Handle employee clothing orders, inventory tracking, and distribution.

  • Complete administrative duties including filing, scanning documents, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

  • Benefits administration 

  • Processing employee Tool purchases



Qualifications



  • Proven experience with payroll processing (weekly cycles preferred) and familiarity with EasyPay or similar software.

  • Proficiency in Time Guardian or comparable time-tracking tools; strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting.

  • 1+ years in HR administration, payroll, or manufacturing support roles, with knowledge of Ontario employment standards (e.g., maternity/parental leave processes).

  • Experience processing T4s, ROEs, garnishments, RRSPs, 

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary in HR, accounting, or business administration is an asset.


Contract Details



  • Duration: Approximately 12 months (start date flexible around mid-April 2026).

  • Location: 1129 Highway #3, Delhi, ON (in-office, full-time, aligning with standard manufacturing shifts).
