DUTIES:
Reporting to the Staff Development Coordinator or designate, this position will be responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of all policies and procedures for the Social Services Department. Will review, monitor and evaluate departmental policies on an ongoing and rotational basis; work with the department in the areas of research of best practices, Ministry directives and guidelines; Develops and maintains a Policy and Procedure Manual; Assists in the training and implementation of new policies and procedures and will prepare conclusive/informative reports; Must maintain amiable relations with co-workers and customers. Will perform Occupational Health & Safety duties as outlined in the Corporation’s Health and Safety Program. Will perform other related duties as required.
