Primary Objective
The Programs Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring 2026 Hockey Programs, including the 2026 Summer Hockey Camps deliver the best experience possible to our clients and their families. The role would be at the Bell Sensplex (Kanata), with time to be spend at each of our other Sensplex locations (Richcraft Sensplex in East Ottawa, and Cavanagh Sensplex in Kinburn).

The Sensplex Facilities, an affiliate of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, are Ottawa’s premier destinations for hockey, sports, and community events. Our three state-of-the-art locations, Bell Sensplex, Richcraft Sensplex, and Cavanagh Sensplex, serves as hubs for athletes, teams, and families looking for top-tier ice surface, fieldhouse, training programs and recreational opportunities.

Compensation
This role falls within an hourly range of $17.60 - $23.10 per hour. Hourly ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
