Must haves:
Excellent knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
Practical experience with HL7 (v2, FHIR) messaging, Cloverleaf integration suite and IBM InfoSphere DataStage
Experience with SQL programming in relational databases
Experience working with Integration Engines for data exchange
A strong knowledge of health care systems
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance requirements, and software
Development control and release procedures
Experience with distributed messaging and streaming data solutions (e.g., Kafka)
Experience with container\-based development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Extensive experience in troubleshooting and remediation
Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Identity Hub Standard Edition (formerly Initiate)
Knowledge of Immunization workflows and associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals and health records
Past experience with jurisdictional public health programs (example: Immunizations)
Responsibilities:
The Senior Specialized IT Consultant will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the Provincial Client Registry (PCR) and client identifiers associated with Immunization data submitted by the ministry. The Senior Specialized IT Consultant will support the foundation data alignment activities which will contribute toward the overall Immunization Repository project.

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.

Evaluation Criteria:
Minimum 5 yearsâ experience working with Integration Engines for data exchange.: 20 Points

Proven track record working with a broad range of stakeholder including health care professionals and clinicians.: 20 Points
Deliverables Include, but are not limited to:
Contribute towards the Integrated Project Plan reflecting the timelines and deliverables for the Provincial Client Registry alignment as well as other client identifier dependencies in the supporting IR initiatives
Ensure data quality requirements are fully met within the repository, as specified by OH and MOH
Complete a data profiling / mapping exercise between the PCR and Panorama to confirm required client information
Support alignment of client profile information between PCR and Panorama
Support data quality remediation activities post\-alignment
Contribute to / participate in working groups related to client information / PCR alignment
Ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement
Provide input for design and migration related documentation as part of knowledge transfer
Consult and collaborate with Ontario Healthâs Remedy SMEs prior to making any important design and build decisions
Conduct code/configuration review with Ontario Health Remedy SMEs for any code/configuration built by the candidate
Complete all Knowledge Transfer at the latest four weeks before the end of the contract and it must be signed off by Ontario Health manager
