About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business
Analyst with expertise in Finance and Accounting and, in particular, experience with migrations or upgrades of ERP systems. In this role, you will serve as a
critical bridge between business objectives and technological
solutions—delivering data -driven insights, translating business needs into
clear documentation.

This is a highly collaborative and hands -on role, perfect
for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast -paced environments and brings a
continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Strong Business Analyst experience (Business requirements, Functional requirements, Design documentation)
  
• Experience working with Finance and Accounting with an understanding of modules such as General Ledger (GL), Sub -Ledgers, Chart of Accounts, Transactions, Business Units, Legal Entities
  
• Experience in analyzing the data and file interface specifications
  
• Have participated in an ERP Digital Transformation i.e. upgrade or migrations ideally
  
• University degree preferred
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business System Analyst Role supporting finance departments required
