Who we’re looking for

Your professional or academic experience has given you the ability to create meaningful work with a human-centred lens. You believe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to projects and that diverse perspectives lead to stronger work.

You've got a stunning and varied portfolio. You’re proud of the work you’ve done, eager to share and always pushing to improve.

You have a deep understanding of UX/UI design and wireframing. You’re knowledgeable but excited to learn more—you pride yourself in staying on the cutting edge of industry tech.

You're proficient in software like Figma, Sketch and Adobe CS. You know all the shortcuts and can probably teach us a few new tricks.

You can put on speed without sacrificing quality. It’s a busy business, but you know how to both keep up and excel. You believe there’s always time to put care into what you’re creating, no matter the deadline.

You thrive on constructive criticism. You can self-edit and consider criticism the key to future success. You know both when to hold your ground and when to adapt your approach based on feedback.

A day in the life

Working at an agency, you'll have the opportunity to work with various clients across a diverse range of industries. One day you might work on logos for a local nonprofit, presenting them to your team for input. Another day you might add your visual magic to some copy, creating eye-catching graphics for a travel brand’s Instagram page. No two days are the same.

That said, there are a few activities that will likely take up most of your time. These include:

• Collaborating with your team, taking direction and overseeing junior members


• Working to support both digital and traditional design production


• Working independently on smaller projects, self-managing time to meet your deadlines


• Managing your files and archiving work as you go


• Presenting and rationalizing design in both client and internal meetings
