Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all tents on a site during events.


• Aid customer with any tent related problems


• Ensure work is performed to Element Tent’s high-quality standards.


• Maintain good site organization and safe site conditions. Identify and minimize potential safety hazards.


• Always Represent Element Tents professionally to client.


• Communicate all issues, delays, improvement recommendations and performance results to project leader.


• Travel as needed.


• Responsible for reporting accurate hours and providing them to the Installations Manager


• Deliver parts to site as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fully capable of problem solving minor issues without supervision.


• Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly attitude required!


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Must be able to work irregular long hours, weekends, day, afternoon and night shifts.


• Must have a clean and neat appearance


• Must have a valid driver’s license..


• Must have experience with power tools.
