Job Description - Supply Chain Network Optimization Consultan

A health services organization is seeking a Specialist-level consultant to lead the development of a comprehensive provincial supply chain operations strategy and implementation roadmap.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of directly related consulting experience (or multiple advanced degrees in relevant disciplines).

Healthcare supply chain experience preferred, ideally within public or Canadian healthcare systems.

Demonstrated expertise in Network optimization, Scenario modeling, Cost analysis

Strong strategic advisory skills, including roadmap development and executive stakeholder engagement.

Relevant certifications such as SCMP, CSCP, CPIM and active memberships in Supply Chain Canada, ASCM, or similar.

Experience in public sector procurement, governance, and compliance frameworks.
