Exciting Opportunity: UNDERGROUND SURVEYOR (Stock Mine Project, Timmins, ON)

We need an experienced mine surveyor who will meet the following performance expectations: 

• Work under the direction of the Project Superintendent
• Responsible for daily surveying duties in support of project and/or production
• Will involve both lateral and vertical development, construction and production work
• Responsible for daily updating of project/production blueprints and plans
  Responsible for the duplication and provision of plans/prints as required by construction, development and production personnel
• Responsible to assist with planning and production meetings
  Required to operate some surface and underground vehicles
• Perform any other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervision
• Report any unsafe condition or act to supervision immediately. Rectify or isolate immediately if possible
   
  Required Skills and Qualifications
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, Excel, A-Mine and Deswik systems
• Ontario Underground Common Core preferred but not required
• 2 years of u/g survey experience
• Excellent time management; and organizational skills
• Safe work record
• Thorough knowledge of all safety, health and environmental regulations as they pertain to the work and workplace
