Job Description - Technicien ITSM

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(ne) ITSM pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client . Mandat de 18 mois 40h semaine. Poste hybride 3 jours par semaine au bureau à Montréal. Taux estimé par notre cabinet de recrutement : environ 70 $. CV à fournir en anglais. Notre client recherche une personne avec de très bonnes connaissances ou expérience au niveau ITIL afin d'assurer une certaine gouvernance.

Profil

- Minimum 5+ years
- Strong knowlegde of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Significant experience with processes like incident, change problem and release management.
- Experience in gathering data and generating reports/graphswith Power BI
- Experience working with Service Now (Will have to extract SN data to Power BI)
- Need someone with strong communication skills
- Experience with major/incident management, change management, service requests, problems/risk management.

Atouts :

- Connaissances au niveau scripting et automatisation

- Expérience avec les outils classique APS (UNIX/Linux, Shell, SQL, etc)

Bilinguisme : Français 0/5 et anglais 5/5 - français un atout

Bilinguisme : Anglais 5/5 - bilinguisme un atout
