Accountant and Bookkeeper

**OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and other related tools.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Quickbooks.Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Generate financial reports for management review. Assists in compiling accounting information and data on sales and expenses, analyzing results and generating reports.

Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll, including calculating hours, deductions, and tax withholdings. Ensure payroll compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payments. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

**REQUIREMENTS**

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the HVAC industry is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
