Job Description - Accountant/Bookkeeper

Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Maintain financial records and documentation in an organized manner Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
